Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS] (“we”) for using Quantum Evaluation, the website at quantumevaluation.com and its desktop app (the “service”).

Early access

The service is free during early access and may change as we improve it. If we ever introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you in advance and you can export your evaluations before deciding.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [EMAIL] if you think someone else has used it.

Using the service

• The Quantum Evaluation is an educational evaluation of energetic and qualitative patterns. It isn’t a medical diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn’t replace care from a licensed medical practitioner. Don’t present it to clients as either.
• Get your clients’ consent before recording their information, and follow the laws and professional rules that apply to you.
• Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, overload the service, or copy or resell it.

Content

The evaluations you enter are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. The Quantum Evaluation workbook content, including the questions, organ and chakra descriptions, is © IQUIM / Quantum University and is used [with permission]. The software and design are © [YEAR] [LEGAL NAME].

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

Liability

Changes
