Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Quantum Evaluation (“we”, the service at quantumevaluation.com and its desktop app) collects, why, and the choices you have. The service is run by [LEGAL NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS], [ADDRESS]. Contact: [EMAIL].
What we collect
- Your account: your name, username, email address and password. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored only as a secure hash; we never see them.
- Evaluations you enter: the client details and answers you record, such as a client’s name, email, reason for consultation, ratings, notes and recommendations.
- Settings: your report name, language and any logo you upload.
- Basic technical data: sign-in times and the logs our hosting providers keep to run the service securely.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your sign-in session and a working copy of your evaluations in your browser so it can keep working if your connection drops.
How we use it
- To run your account and save, sync and show your evaluations on the web and in the desktop app.
- To send account emails, such as confirming your address and resetting your password.
- To send onboarding emails about using the tool, and product updates only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
We don’t sell your information or your clients’ information, and we don’t use evaluation content for marketing.
Who can see your evaluations
Only you. The database only returns evaluations to the practitioner who created them. We access stored data only to keep the service running, fix a problem you ask us to look at, or when the law requires it.
Service providers
- Supabase stores your account and evaluations, and sends account emails. Data is held in [REGION, e.g. the United States] and encrypted in transit and at rest.
- MailerLite receives your name, email, username and update preference so we can send onboarding and, if you opt in, update emails.
- [HOSTING PROVIDER] serves the website.
Your clients’ information
You are responsible for having your clients’ permission to record their information, and for following the privacy laws that apply to your practice. If those laws require a specific agreement with us (for example, a business associate agreement under HIPAA), contact us before entering client information.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account and evaluations until you delete them. You can download a backup of your evaluations and delete your account, with every evaluation in it, at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate in the app; copies in our providers’ backups expire within [30] days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how it’s used. Email [EMAIL] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
The service is for practitioners aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
